Retour Rental periods:

House: Easter, July, August and beginning of September our preference going to a fortnight rental.

For other periods, please contact us.

Retour Arrival and departure:

Arrival: On Saturday afternoon from 4 to 9 pm.

Departure: On Saturday morning from 9 to 11 am.

Let us kindly request our hosts to communicate their approximate hour of arrival or departure at the latest one day before.

Retour Renting rates:

Those are reasonable and adapted to market prices. The number of people accomodated and the period are taken into account. For more information please contact us.

After agreement on the dates and the price we place an option of 72 hours until the reception of a deposit of 30 % of the cost of the stay. After that we will send back a confirmation and an access map.

On arrival the balance due should be paid. We kindly request you to check the inventory of the rented premises. A deposit by way of guarantee will be restored at end of the stay. Bedlinen and end of stay cleaning are not included in the basis price but can be provided.

Coming to Gujan-Mestras:

Retour By train:

You will always arrive at Gujan Mestras via the station Saint-Jean in Bordeaux.

By TGV ("Train à grande vitesse" = High Speed Train): you have a direct connection from Paris to Bordeaux. During the high season every day a TGV connects Paris to Arcachon in 4 hours (intermediate station: Facture-Biganos).

In Bordeaux you have numerous correspondences for Gujan-Mestras (every 30 minutes).

Gujan Mestras has its own station (2 km distance to our house).

Retour By plane:

You will land in Bordeaux-Mérignac (50 km to Gujan- Mestras). After landing you can choose between: taxi, rented car, bus to the railway station Bordeaux-Saint-Jean. You could also take a taxi to Pessac's station which is situated between Bordeaux and Gujan-Mestras.

Retour By car:

The highways A10 ( North), A62 ( Southeast), A63 ( Southwest), A89 (East) are connected with the peripheral road (Rocade) of Bordeaux.

Coming by the A10 or A89:

Please leave the Bordeaux peripheral road at the exit no 15 and take the A63 (heading towards Bayonne). Leave the A63 for taking the highway A660 towards Arcachon. Please leave at exit no 3 of "Le Teich" avoiding the next exit of Gujan Mestras!

After exiting, head towards the centre of the village "Le Teich" where you will easily find your way by turning left in direction of Gujan Mestras.

Our house is very close to Le Teich at the beginning of Gujan.
